Prof. Abhishek Asthana is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience of Industry and Academia. He completed his Graduation in Bachelors of Science from Kanpur University. He became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2004. He has previously held the position of Executive Director at PIRRON Consulting and Associate Director at KPMG.

He was the Associate Dean at NMIMS University, Mumbai. He has Partnered M/s Mradul Agarwal and Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has also served as the Vice Chancellor at Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun. He has been recently appointed by the Ministry of Sudan to act as their advisor. He is currently developing AI tool to help the regulators like Income Tax Department, SFIO, GST Department to analyse large volume of data involving financial statements, Bank account statements, demat account statements and other specific reports etc. to uncover financial scams and mismanagement.

Abhishek is responsible of the development of several branded financial programs like KPMG IFRS certification, KPMG NIIT IFRS Program, KPMG Course for accounting professionals, NMIMS Distance education programs for 24 different courses etc. He has developed three LMS namely- FLEXIGURU. KPMG LMS & NMIMS DE LMS.
