Ashish Asthana, a Chartered Accountant (CA) by profession, became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2000. Prior to that he completed his Graduation in Bachelors of Science, Law from University of Lucknow, India.

He has been practising as a Chartered Accountant for 21 years and has profound expertise in his field. He founded the TASK and ASSOCIATES in 2015 and has been working as its Managing partner. He holds an advisory profile on the board of Social Consultancy services. He is a Director at the Nagrik Foundation (A section 8 company). He has been providing consultancy services to various companies engaged in marketing, advertisement and publicity, manufacturing, mining, finance, NGO’s and other trading concerns.

Asish is a visiting faculty at ICWAI, UP Power Cooperation Training Institution and Income Tax Staff Training Institute, Lucknow. Asthana also provided Value Added Services to BSNL, TATA, Indicom, Idea, Reliance Infocom and ICICI Bank by the platform of XPERT (2004-2010). He also has a keen interest in philanthropy. His personality is an impactful one. He is a great mentor and is currently guiding numerous CA aspiring articles.
